A familiar face to many of our clients, Raema’s addition to our team as a lawyer, workplace investigator, mediator, and facilitator is especially exciting. She brings extensive investigation experience across a broad range of workplaces and sectors, including education, public sector organizations, non-profits, regulated workplaces, and both unionized and non-unionized environments. Raema also serves as a mediator with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT).

Sarah Lumsden has joined Hawkins Lang + Price! We anticipate our clients will be thrilled to learn that Sarah is joining our team. She is well known for her thoughtful, practical, and culturally sensitive workplace investigations, mediations, and training. She honed her skills in this neutral work over the last six years. Prior to that, she was in-house at HEABC and at the Vancouver Canucks, giving her a strong foundation in business operations and contributing to her team-minded approach. Attending allowed our team to engage directly with other industry experts, learn from real‑world case studies, exchange perspectives with our peers, and spend some quality time team together.

Marion Galinski has joined the Hawkins Lang + Price team! Many of our clients know Marion from her years conducting workplace investigations across a range of sectors. She has focused her expertise on complex and sensitive investigations, including sexual harassment and assault, and other serious misconduct.
