  • Investigator

She has experience conducting investigations into issues such as theft, bullying and harassment, sexual misconduct, misconduct, violence in the workplace, discrimination, Indigenous-specific racism, and racism. Sarah prioritizes building rapport with both clients and participants; and ensuring procedural fairness and neutrality. She provides clients with reports and findings that are accessible, reasonable, defensible, and helpful.

Sarah conducts investigations across diverse industries in the public and private sectors, in unionized and non-unionized environments, and for provincially and federally regulated employers. Her clients have represented employee levels from senior leaders to entry-level employees, from Elders to children, and from elected officials to community members.

Sarah has significant experience conducting investigations involving Indigenous participants, Indigenous organizations, and allegations of Indigenous-specific racism. As an Indigenous woman and a lawyer, Sarah brings her lived experience, cultural knowledge, and trauma-informed approach to all her files.
